Epiphany will be celebrating Christmas with two services on Christmas Eve and the musical Nine Lessons and Carols service on December 29.
5:00pm – Family Christmas Eve Service: This service will include Epiphany’s children and young adults in our worship and music leadership. Music will be include traditional favorites led by Epiphany’s contemporary musicians.
9:00pm – Traditional Christmas Eve Service: A solemn and beautiful liturgical service and music led by Epiphany’s choir, bell choir and organ.
As is our longstanding tradition at Epiphany, our offering on Christmas Eve will go to fund this year’s “Epiphany Gift.” We will be equipping a Computer and Robotics laboratory at Uganda Christian University, a longtime partner of our church with the first $5,000 that is given on Christmas Eve.
Also, this Christmas season, Epiphany will be celebrating the Service of Nine Lessons and Carols at 10:15am on Sunday, December 29. This is a musical service that tells the story of salvation through readings from the Bible, and well-known Christmas carols.
