The Rev. Peter Frank, Rector
The Rev. Peter Frank was called to be Epiphany’s third Rector in August of 2014. Previously, Peter served as Church of the Epiphany’s Senior Associate Rector. Married to Andrea, the Franks have two daughters, Cecilia and Clare. Before coming to Epiphany in January of 2011, Peter served as priest associate at Grace Anglican Church in Mount Washington, PA as well as communications director for the Anglican Church in North America and the Anglican Diocese of Pittsburgh. Peter has a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity School for Ministry, Ambridge, PA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies and Religion from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN. A newspaper editor before attending seminary, Peter loves telling the story of Jesus, reading history and P.G. Wodehouse novels, and spending time outdoors hunting, hiking, and camping.

The Rev. Pamela Meeks, Associate Rector
In April of 2016, Pamela was called to serve as Epiphany’s Associate Rector
Pamela lives in Leesburg with her husband David, her teenage son Jonathan and high school senior daughter, Tara. The Meeks’ also have a sophomore daughter, Brianna at William and Mary in Williamsburg. A graduate of Trinity School for Ministry in Ambridge, Pamela was ordained to the priesthood in 2010. Before coming to Epiphany, she served as a church planting team member with Church of the Apostles at George Mason University and as the Director of Outreach at Potomac Falls Anglican Church.
Before attending seminary, the Meeks family served as missionaries with Interserve in Turkey from 1994-2005. Pamela also worked as a staff member with Intervarsity Christian Fellowship.

The Rev. David (Dave) Welch, Parish Deacon
Dave joined the Church of the Epiphany staff following his ordination to the Diaconate in October 2008. He is also a Certified Fairfax Community Chaplain. Prior to his ordination Dave studied and was awarded diplomas from The University of the South (Education for Ministry) and Virginia Theological Seminary (Theological Studies). As a lay person he served as a Verger, was licensed as a Lay Catechist and Lay Eucharistic Minister and was a member of the Altar Guild. Dave is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel. He and his wife, Jan, live in Clifton, VA and have three sons, three daughter-in-laws and seven grand children. Dave enjoys woodworking, reading and being with his family.
Jimmy Crawford, Director of Music and Liturgy
Jimmy joined the staff in March of 2001 and is originally from North Carolina where he served in several churches after receiving a bachelor’s degree in Church Music from East Carolina University. He is married to Sheila and they live in District Heights, Maryland, with their dogs. Other than music, Jimmy likes to collect Coca-Cola memorabilia and fly RC airplanes.

Janice Monaghan, Church and Financial Administrator
Janice joined the staff in March of 2002. Janice and her husband, Don, have been members of Church of the Epiphany since 1986. They have 2 children, Mandy and Colleen.
