Dear friends,
The Ark has landed! I am happy to report that Epiphany is dry. After the carpets are cleaned today (Tuesday June 18), we will be ready to reset the sanctuary chairs and other things that we had to shift out of the way of the water. We will be meeting at the church at 6:30 tonight to do that. If you are able, please come help us move. Pizza will be provided.
There is no question that the last week has been a challenging one for our church. But I am so thankful for the ways that everyone pitched in to get us through this unexpected situation. As things get back to “normal,” please remember Fr. Peter’s “Anglican 101” class on Wednesday night at the church, and join us for a great service of baptism during worship this coming Sunday June 23!
