Missionaries reaching out to Virginia high school and college students: Epiphany provides financial assistance to two missionaries, both of whom grew up attending Epiphany, who counsel and share their faith with high school and college students in Roanoke and the Tidewater area.

International missionaries: Honoring the command in Matthew 28 to make disciples of all nations, Epiphany supports individual Christian missionaries serving in countries such as Niger, Uganda, Sudan, and the Philippines. Believing that the college classroom provides an opportunity to connect with young adults as they struggle to find their spiritual path, Epiphany also provides financial support to Global Scholars, which places Christian professors in secular universities in over 30 countries, and the Uganda Christian University, which educates thousands of students from much of Africa.

Mission trips: Epiphany sends congregation members throughout the United States and abroad to provide needed services to, and cultivate relationships with people whom God loves. In 2013 a number of Epiphany members, including our senior rector, spent two weeks in Uganda.  In 2016, our youth served children living in poverty in the Pittsburgh area.

More details on these ministries are announced through Epiphany’s email newsletter.
